Cetera has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and is our Health Coach. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and a Life Wellness & Holistic Coach. Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Cetera lives a life of Faith, Family, Football, Fitness, Food and Fashion. These six words sum up, in part, who this God-Fearing, Family-Oriented, Fitness Enthusiast & Sports Fanatic is and what she enjoys. Known as a fitness guru, health care advocate and wellness & lifestyle coach, Cetera's primary focus is educating and assisting others to become the best version of themselves in order to have the best quality of life possible. She takes pleasure in studying the Bible, weight training, sunbathing, attending sporting events, traveling, spending time with family, and eating exotic cuisine.
Esthetician
Adam is a Medical Esthetician at Serotonin Ortega, with over five years of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic wellness. He brings a deep understanding of both treatment protocols and skincare product formulations, allowing him to tailor highly effective treatment plans that are uniquely suited to each patient’s skin type, condition, and goals. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors and values quality time with friends and family.
Nurse Practitioner
Hannah is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in hormone optimization and weight loss management. Before becoming an NP, she gained extensive experience as a registered nurse in emergency medicine and cardiac surgery. Hannah earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia State University. Originally from Griffin, Georgia, she enjoys beach days, caring for her Aussiedoodle, and spending time with family and friends.
General Manager
Mary is Serotonin Ortega’s General Manager. Mary has over 35 years’ experience in medical practice management in Jacksonville including over 25 years leading plastic surgery practices. As the founder of the grassroots organization, Caregivers for Compromise, she has also spent years as a patient advocate, playing a vital role in state and federal legislation protecting long-term care visitation. A Jacksonville native, Mary is a two-time past president and a lifetime member of the Georgia Bulldog Club of Jacksonville and currently serves on its Board of Directors. She also volunteers as a five-time puppy raiser for K9s for Warriors. She enjoys Georgia football, live music, especially the blues and spending time with family and friends.
